We offer numerous scrapbooking, stamping & papercraft classes. Our teachers are great and they teach you to use tools and skills that you'll need to create beautiful handcrafted items.

Pearl Blooms - Blue

Create beautiful blooms using the new "pearl" alcohol inks. Compressed air is used to blow shimmering, layered, vibrant blooms on a black glossy background as well on white Yupo. You will complete four to five small (card size) paintings as time allows.

STUDENTS: Please bring Alcohol Pearls from Ranger. The following are suggested colors and the colors Kimberly will be using for demonstration: Tranquil, Alchem, Intrigue, Villainous, Snowcap, Pitch Black.

Also, bring paper towels and an extra can of compressed air is optional. Please wear old clothing or bring an apron.

Alcohol Ink Bouquet

Create a beautiful vase of dimensional blooms on a striking black background. You will learn how to use alcohol ink and snow cap to paint florals in a variety of shapes and colors in a lovely vase. You'll complete four small (card size) paintings.

STUDENTS: Please bring a small liner brush and paper towels. Please wear old clothing or bring an apron.

Secret Garden II

Secret Garden II

Learn to paint beautiful, dimensional Allium blooms and/or a field of dandelions on a poured background by using alcohol ink and snow cap. You will learn how to create gorgeous, abstract backgrounds for your blooms by using gravity to achieve beautiful ink flow and simple tools for added texture. You will create one 8x10 painting and one small (card size) painting.

STUDENTS: Please bring an old credit card/gift card, toothbrush (for adding texture), a small liner brush and paper towels. Please wear old clothing or bring an apron.

Posies & Stripes

The next installment in the Stephanie Barnard Sizzix dies – INTRO to DROP-INS. (Previous class not necessary for this class) This card class will feature and demonstrate the ‘drop-in’ concept on the Sizzix Drop-In Frame-lits card dies. This pretty, scalloped A2 card base provides a built-in focal point with the top-scored base and inset front panel. You will also learn how to make your own EASY texture sheets – ready in minutes for unlimited possibilities! Garden Flowers Garden Flowers II

In this class you will be making everyone’s favorite flower, the Pansy, along with ladder ferns and the berry branch. And do not forget the ladybug!

Also, we will be making the Elizabeth Craft frame. Your flowers will look beautiful in a matching frame. No one will know that they are made from paper. These are also wonderful for displaying your children/grandchildren(s) artwork. They will love seeing their masterpieces displayed.


You will also learn how to create backgrounds for your flowers using Ken Oliver’s Color Burst Watercolor powders.

Watercolor Powders

Come join the fun as we continue to play in the garden.

Supplies to bring: Craft mat, double sided adhesive tape, Aleene's super thick tacky glue, water mister, square or rectangle acrylic block.

You will also need to bring two copics for coloring the pansies. These are combinations suggested by Beverly. You only need to bring one combination:

Yellow Flower White Flower

Bring your garden flowers indoors! You will be amazed how easy it is to create these beautiful garden flowers by Elizabeth Craft Designs. In this class, you will learn how to make a Dahlia, a Shasta Daisy and an adorable ladybug. You will also learn how to use the flower metal tool set which is the secret behind these gorgeous flowers.

Come prepared to have fun and become a Paper Gardener!

Supplies to bring to class: Copics Y19 and R29, craft mat, foam tape or squares, a thick clear quick drying glue (Aleene's Super Tacky glue), a foam molding pad and Susan's Garden 4 piece flower metal tool kit.
